HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Nova Field Markets serves neighbourhoods around El Paso with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
