HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Loom Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
