HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Drift Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
