HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Northwind Ivory Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Birmingham with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
