HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Northwind Kestrel Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Albuquerque region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
