HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Nest Press produces print and digital publications in Richmond, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
