HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Umber Inspection Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
