HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Cedar Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 549 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
