HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ivory Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
