HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Ironwood Forge Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
