HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Yarrow Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
