HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Nova Ember Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
