HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Harbor Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the New Orleans area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
