HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Linden Facilities Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
