HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Fern Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
