HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Kestrel Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
