HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Thistle Pharma Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
