HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Cedar Fox Early Learning runs childcare centres in Fresno caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
