HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Cobalt Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
