HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Fern Care Services provides in-home and community support in Toledo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
