HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Orchard Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
