HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Harborlight Drift Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Denver with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
