HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 602 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
