HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Ironwood Clear Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Columbus. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 466 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
