HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Corner Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Jacksonville region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
