HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fox Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
