HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Cedar Junction Housing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
