HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Field Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
