HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Harborlight Stone Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Austin, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
