HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Tulsa serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
