HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bright Iron Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Charlotte, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
