HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Junction Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
