HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Yarrow Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
