HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Harborlight Pine Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
