HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Drift Banking Services is a community-focused bank in New Orleans serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
