HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Clear Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
