HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Drift Hospitality is a hospitality company in Savannah with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
