HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Fox Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Dallas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
