HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Nest Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Colorado Springs. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
