HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Ridge Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Little Rock. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
