HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Cross Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Denver. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
