HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Glen Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Chicago. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
