HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Clear Farms Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
