HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Oak Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 453 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
