HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Amber Auto Group Partners operates automotive service and parts businesses around Seattle, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
