HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bright Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Anchorage area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
