HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services Partners is an environmental-services company in Fort Worth with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
