HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Mill Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
