HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Cedar Clear Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
