HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Lakeside Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
